Kuukauden vapaaehtoinen: Noora Niemi

Seura palkitsee tänä vuonna kuukausittain kuukauden vapaaehtoisen, joka on tehnyt pyyteettömästi töitä seuran eteen. Vapaaehtoiset ovat merkittävässä ja ratkaisevassa osassa, jotta seuran toiminnot pyörivät parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla. Kiitos kaikille vapaaehtoisille tekemästänne tärkeästä työstä seuran ja pelaajien eteen.

Kuukauden vapaaehtoisena palkitaan Noora Niemi ja koko P2010-2011-joukkueen toimihenkilötiimi. Tiimi on toiminut aktiivisesti joukkueen yhdistymiseen liittyvissä toiminnoissa ja viestinnässä. Kiitoksia koko toimihenkilötiimille sujuvasta toiminnasta: Noora Niemi, Kimmo Häyrinen, Tommi Mäki, Kati Hannikainen, Piia Finni, Sari Rautasalo sekä vastuuvalmentaja Joakim Puro.

Noora palkitaan kuukauden vapaaehtoisena, sillä hän on ollut aktiivisesti mukana P2011 -joukkueen toimihenkilötiimissä ja edistänyt P2010-2011 yhteisjoukkueen muodostumista.

Mikä on roolisi EBK:ssa?

Toimin P2010-2011 joukkueen joukkueenjohtajana.

Kauanko olet toiminut EBK:ssa vapaaehtoisena?

Olen toiminut puolitoista vuotta erilaisissa jojon tehtävissä, pääosin P2011 ikäluokassa.

Missä joukkueissa?

Aloitin vuoden 2024 lopulla apujojona P2011 joukkueessa ja jatkoin tehtävässä P2011 ja P2012 joukkueiden yhdistyessä. Viime kesänä siirryin joukkuejohtajan rooliin, jossa toimin nyt myös vuoden alussa muodostetussa P2010-2011 joukkueessa.

Mikä on parasta vapaaehtoisena toimimisessa seurassa?

Parasta on saada tehdä hyvän tiimin kanssa töitä nuorten eteen ja olla mahdollistamassa joukkueelle sujuvaa arkea sekä nähdä nuorten kehittyvän. On myös hienoa olla rakentamassa yhteisöä, jossa valmentajat, taustat ja vanhemmat toimivat yhdessä.

Lopuksi haluan kiittää valmennusta, joukkueenjohtoa sekä kaikkia taustalla mukana olleita ja perheitä hyvästä yhteistyöstä alkuvuoden joukkueiden yhdistymisessä. 💙 - Noora

Volunteer of the Month: Noora Niemi

This year, the club will reward a Volunteer of the Month—someone who has selflessly contributed to the club’s activities. Volunteers play a significant role in ensuring that everything in the club runs smoothly. Thank you to all our volunteers for the important work you do for the club and our players.

Noora Niemi and the entire P2010-2011 team's staff will be awarded as Volunteer of the Month. The team has been active in the activities and communications related to the team's unification. Thanks to the entire staff team for the smooth operation: Noora Niemi, Kimmo Häyrinen, Tommi Mäki, Kati Hannikainen, Piia Finni, Sari Rautasalo and head coach Joakim Puro.

Noora will be awarded as Volunteer of the Month, as she has been actively involved in the P2011 team's staff team and has promoted the formation of the P2010-2011 joint team.

We asked Noora what she has been involved in at the club and what is the best thing about volunteering, read her answers below:

What is your role in EBK?

I work as the team leader of the P2010-2011 team.

How long have you been a volunteer at EBK?

I have been working in various team leader positions for a year and a half, mainly in the P2011 age group.

In which teams?

I started at the end of 2024 as an assistant team leader in the P2011 team and continued in the position when the P2011 and P2012 teams merged. Last summer I moved to the role of team leader, where I now also work in the P2010-2011 team formed at the beginning of the year.

What is the best thing about volunteering in a club?

The best thing is to work with a good team for the young people and to be able to enable the team to have a smooth everyday life and to see the young people develop. It is also great to be building a community where coaches, backgrounds and parents work together.
